Overview
Different floors require different restoration methods. Marble may need grinding, glue repair and polishing, parquet needs a timber appropriate process, while granite, homogeneous tiles and vinyl each require suitable products and equipment. We first identify the floor material, inspect its present condition and discuss the finish you want.
The recommended scope may include cleaning, spot repair, grinding, polishing, buffing, epoxy grouting or a protective finish where appropriate. Existing cracks, deep scratches, stains, loose tiles, moisture damage and uneven surfaces are assessed separately because polishing alone may not correct them.
Painting with sealer and whole home painting are also available through our Painting service. These are quoted separately so the floor treatment and painting scope remain clear.
