Project Overview

This project was an end-of-tenancy deep clean for a rental apartment in River Valley. As the tenancy came to an end, the occupant needed the home cleaned thoroughly and prepared for handover back to the landlord or agent, which is often one of the more stressful parts of moving out of a rented home.

AllDone Services carried out a detailed clean across the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and general surfaces, focusing on the areas that tend to receive the most attention during a move-out inspection. The work was arranged around the handover timeline so that the apartment was ready exactly when it was needed.

Working through an empty apartment methodically made it easier to give each area proper attention. The property was prepared for handover with key areas cleaned and presented in a more orderly condition.

How the Work Was Managed

The clean was worked through room by room, starting with the kitchen and bathrooms where grime and build-up tend to be heaviest, before moving on to floors and general surfaces. With the apartment empty, the team could work systematically and reach areas that are harder to clean when a home is still furnished. Attention was also given to the smaller details, such as fittings and reachable edges, that are easy to overlook but often noticed during a handover. The finished work was reviewed at the end to make sure the key inspection areas had been covered before the clean was completed.

Project Outcome

By the end of the clean, the apartment’s kitchen, bathrooms, floors and surfaces had been cleaned and the home was left in a tidier, more presentable condition for the handover. Final results at an inspection naturally depend on the property’s overall condition and the landlord’s own assessment, but the space was handed over noticeably cleaner and more orderly than before.
