Project Overview

This project involved the full renovation of a three-bedroom condominium in the Tanjong Pagar area. The owners were looking to refresh and modernise the main living spaces of their home, updating the layout and finishes so the unit felt current and comfortable, while keeping the works organised and easy to follow from the first day through to completion.

AllDone Construction managed the renovation across the key areas of the unit and coordinated the different trades involved so that each stage flowed neatly into the next. Renovating within an occupied residential building in a busy part of the city brings its own considerations, and access, shared corridors, protection of common property and lift usage were all taken into account when planning how and when the work would be carried out.

The focus throughout was on a clean, well-sequenced process rather than rushing between tasks, so that the finished spaces would come together consistently. The result is a home with updated interior finishes and a fresher, more contemporary feel across the renovated areas, handed back to the owners ready for them to move back in.

How the Work Was Managed

The renovation was sequenced so that the messier preparation and alteration stages were completed before the finishing works began, which reduced the risk of damage to newly completed surfaces. Surrounding areas and any retained fixtures were protected while work was in progress, and movement of materials and workers in and out of the building was planned around the residential setting. Completed work was reviewed at each stage before moving on to the next, and a final walkthrough of the unit was carried out together before handover.

Project Outcome

On completion, the renovated areas presented a refreshed, modern interior with consistent finishing throughout the home. The spaces were cleaned and tidied and protective coverings removed before the unit was handed back, giving the owners a clear, ready-to-use result they could settle straight into without a long list of outstanding items to chase.
