Whole-Home Repaint, Punggol

Project Overview

This project was an interior repaint of a five-room HDB flat in Punggol. The owners wanted to refresh the look of their home with new wall colours, including a few selected feature walls, and were keen for the work to be carried out neatly and with as little disruption as possible to the rest of the flat while they went about their week.

AllDone Construction handled the surface preparation and painting across the flat’s interior, protecting furniture and floors before any painting started. The feature walls were painted alongside the main wall colours, with attention paid to clean edges, even coverage and a consistent finish from room to room.

Taking the time to prepare surfaces and mask off the areas around them made a noticeable difference to how the finished walls looked. Keeping the rest of the flat protected and tidy throughout also meant the owners could continue using the unaffected rooms while the work was underway. The completed repaint gave the home a fresh, updated appearance with crisp finishing across the areas that were painted.

How the Work Was Managed

Furniture and floors were covered and edges masked before painting started, and surfaces were prepared to give a cleaner, more even base for the new coats. The feature walls and main areas were painted with attention to edges and coverage, and touch-ups were carried out wherever they were needed. Once the paint had been applied, the finished work was inspected together before the coverings were removed and the flat handed back to the owners.

Project Outcome

On completion, the interior presented a refreshed look, with the new colours and feature walls in place and a tidy, consistent finish across the painted areas. The home was cleared of protective coverings and tidied up before handover, leaving the owners a space they could enjoy straight away.
